So today's the day!! 1104 in approximately nine hours time. I'm scared because I had bad experiences of midterms last sem. Last sem wasn't a good sem, I pray that this sem will be better! Good or bad, happy or sad, I'm leaving it to God. Dear friends, have some courage, let's be conquerors!

-the fun is over

DA JIA HAO! Cny cum recess week was great! :D I enjoyed myself a lot. Mahjong-ed, played bridge, snacked a lot, slept a lot more, visitations, steamboat with A block, back to nj with twin! And to top it all, Chingay parade on friday and saturday! It was really awesome! :D I enjoyed chingay on sat especially! Cause everyone was really high that day and we all wanted to end on a good note so we gave our best shot. I guess it was also because of the crowd which consisted of many kr people among them and I even managed to spot graciemoonie. How awesome is that? My eyes are sharp yo! :) Anyway, chingay was a good experience and I'm glad to say it's overrrrr! No more late night dance practices! Hurray! It was damn fun taking photos to kill off the long wait before our turn. The floats are super pretty also, especially the universal studio's one! We love gingerbread men! :D And we felt like celebrities that day, posing for the cameras and random people who wanted to take photo with us! :D :D

So this is really hell week for us right now, mugging for midterms next week because our recess week is soooooooo burnt! It didn't even felt like a recess week! :( I've been preparing my cheatsheets since last week and I'm still not done! Sighhhh. I have yet to practice my midterm papers screw me I'm still trying to understand the definitions, theorems and PROOFS!!!! I think everyone's pretty stressed up because I suddenly saw people breaking down and getting emo, and I fell sick too which I supposed it's due to the weather! So, CHEER UP da jia! At least we've got each other. :)

Everyone's watching hai pai now, makes me sooooo tempted you know! But I'm limiting myself to 3 parts per day! That's if I've completed all the work that I am supposed to. :) Da lung is just way too funny & I loveee the OST! :D Meeting tonight D: and an endless list of tutorials & assignments waiting to be completed!

Byeeee I'm off to class!

-CHU YI :)

Chu yi was awesomesxz! :D We visited three family of loved ones the entire day and I feel so tired already. But it was really good, catching up with relatives and cousins, finding out how we're doing, getting to know each other better, laughing about silly things/people, talking about the past, endless photo taking and most importantly, eating non-stop. I'm so full now, but it just feels really good putting school work aside and enjoying each other's company. Such times like these are truly precious.

Anyway, just heard the news today that grand aunt is down with cancer, stage four. She doesn't know yet because we don't want to let her know till after cny but according to my mum, they suspect she more or less knows her condition. It's times like these that makes you realize the importance of health and family. The smile on her face today was priceless when I started speaking in my lousy broken teo chew. Even though it was so embarrassing, I'm glad she smiled and laughed.

Another thing that dawned upon me when I was driving today. Everyone should really drive carefully. I almost got into a car accident today because I didn't gain enough speed before trying to filter in which almost resulted in an accident. My bad. And I was upset that I even knocked the back of the car while reversing. What happened to me man.

There's 100 over channels to watch on cable tv. I just caught the sisterhood of the traveling pants 2. Thought it was pretty good. :) Anyway, my assignments and tutorials are screaming at me. I think I'll start on work tmrw since my week will be burnt by outings and chingay full dress/actual parade. Sigh I need more time to catch up! Midterms are coming :/ I want to give my best!

-HAPPY CNY

Today's such an awesome day! What a way to end the cow year and I'm ready to embrace the tiger! :D I was really really happy when my lecture ended at 7.30pm yesterday and despite waiting for Abus for a pretty long time plus not-so-appetizing hall dinner, it didn't affect my mood! :) I'm so glad to see vday notes and chocs stuck on my door by my dear neighbours! Loves it! Vday is just weird in uni. I really miss all the fun we usually have on vday in sec sch/jc! We usually have so much fun doing notes and little gifts for friends the night before and happily distributing them to friends around the next day. It's all these little things that makes you feel so loved. :) I guess things change but I'm still thankful for the people around me!

Friday marks the last day before term break! :D How awesome! And I bumped into weining! :D Yanzhen and co as well :) And I finally satisfied my craving for jiao zi at the deck! :) It was so good man next up I wanna eat beehoon from the waffles stall. Dudu, let's go have lunch at the deck again when school starts. Onz?

Friday is such a happy day because I've finally finished settling everything for biz comm. :D Congrats cny and vday comm, I think we really put in a lot of effort, especially all the coordinating with the suppliers and internally among ourselves and the block ics. A lot of admin to do and the delivery of flowers/balloons/bakwa door to door was tedious but worth it! Ww was so nice to treat us to sheares supper! We should really give ourselves a pat! Next up would be bazaar but I'm glad I just have to help out while the bazaar comm will do the planning. IHG's over as well! Hip hip hurray! Closing ceremony was alright :) Track was really exciting!!! Especially when the guys are racing and I finally saw ninamon running again. :) No more IHG welfare duties too. :) The cny celebration stuffs are almost done as well. Really looking forward to lao yu sheng (on hall level). :) It'll be pretty chaotic I think but funnnn!!

Something to thank God for this week! I missed my submission for 1104 assignment you know! 5%! How could this happen to me, AGAIN!! I was damn upset when I discovered but thank God my prof was really really niceeee! He accepted my late submission and he even gave us mandarin oranges! :) Prof Ku ftw! :D

Today, I met up with kahyan and graciemoonie to celebrate grace's bday! Crystal jade+kfc egg tarts+koi milk tea+all the fun and laughter made my afternoon an awesome one!! :D Followed by reunion dinner at my grandma's place! :D It was damn shiok as well. And my dad's back! Just in time for reunion dinner! I had so much fun! To end it off, I'm gonna play guitar hero with my bro now! Till 12am! May the tiger be with you all! HAPPY CNY!!! HUAT AH!

-You see me through the seasons

Week 5, Tuesday 2am, I'm feeling drained.

I just finished reading through my linear algebra II notes for tomorrow's lecture. It's abstract to the max I feel like dying while reading it and trying my best to understand at least 50% of it, making it a lot easier tomorrow during lecture.

I kept wanting to doze off during class today and stoned a lot during tutorials. I think it's the aftermath of a crazy crazy week. I think it was chingay full dress on saturday that made me so tired and because I haven't rested enough on sunday this is what happens to me on monday. Saturday full dress was okay, a lot of waiting time as usual and we never fail to entertain ourselves with bridge. We seize every opportunity thrown at us to play bridge. Haha. Came back to kr at around 12plus am and then it was supper (super duper delicious!!!! :D) till 2plus am. Woke up for church at 8am and chionged all the way to expo. Thank God I was on time! And coffee kept me wide awake during sermon. :D I bought lunch home for my mum and bro. It feels good doing stuffs for my family even though it was really very tiring because by then the caffeine wasn't working anymore and I was lugging my heavy file and probability textbook back. But I think it's a blessing to do things for my family :)

ABC meeting at 11pm and we decorated the Ablock tables till 2plus am. Lectures and tutorials followed by rushing around NUS to settle welfare & biz comm stuffs. Chionged through my gene & soc assignment due this wed 9am oh my tian help me!!! Really thank God for sijia! :D She helped me a lot a lot! It's good to have bio genius friends around! Supported road race at 7pm and chingay from 8plus onwards till 10pm. I'm soooooooooo tired I need a good night's sleep! Another long day tmrw 12-8pm classes and I'm sad my two hour break in between will be burnt because I've got duty at the staff club for biz comm. Co prac at 8pm and block meeting at 10pm. I wonder what time my day will end tomorrow. Hopefully before 12am!

I'm really looking forward to cny break + recess week :D

-smile, give thanks!

Another week just zoomed passed us so quickly! It's sat! I finally had 6 hours plus of sleep! :D Yay! I hope I feel more recharged for today since today's going to be a long long longgggggg day. CHINGAY FULL DRESS REHEARSAL at F1 pit! :D We'll be doing our make ups and body paints at 12 and there'll be plenty of stoning session before we head down to F1 pit. I need to complete my gene and soc assignment asap!!!! It's due next week and I've been procrastinating ever since two weeks ago! The questions are just, weird! But I'll tackle it this weekend, probably tmrw night onwards :)

I'm really thankful for everything this week, despite the anxiety and stress, at least I managed to complete my tutorials for next week, even before the weekends start. :) I think I'm coping a little bit better than last sem at least! :) And I bumped into quite a number of people this week too. Like sarah and sok! And we studied at the science library. And I went for interview as well, hopefully I can be part of SCAMP 10/11. :D Chong kahyan stayed over with me again and we talked quite a lot before we both concuss on the bed! Yay sissypok is love and she is damn funny when she is stressed out! Suzuki and soulmate came back this week too! :D :D :D Definitely made my week :) I even had time to talk to joanne during our breaks. It's small incidences like these that makes me feel so blessed.

Endless meetings, dance prac, IHG duties and door to door sales this week was very tiring because after everything there's still homework to do. But I'm still glad I went through it! It's a learning process!

CNY is coming! Fwens let's meet up soon kayzxz! HAHA! :D

One more week..! :D
