-the start of something new!
HEY ALL! :)
First week of school has been good because there's only lectures so our timetables are pretty slack! I love it! :D Lectures don't start too early for me. Usually around 10/12 that means I get to wake up for breakfast, have a nice shower, nuah in my room/invade dudu and haiching's room, read up on lecture notes, go for morning trainings before heading off to sci fac, which is super duper far from kr but D bus does the trick! :D
Anyway, lunched with nina at megabytes this week :D Megabytes is totally like ikea and the food is alright! Ablockers lunched at engin too! :D I LOVE ENGIN! Oh my tian! The jap food is really nice. Huge portion too! :D
Lectures are okay, so-so, and at times, boring. 2hours of lecture per module is really longggg but the good thing is the lecturers usually end in an hour and 30-40mins so I got time to rush to the next LT. I need to make new friends for MA lectures!!!! Tian ah. Especially MA1100! And Daren's my only friend for EC1301. Camille's my only friend for SSA2204. OH YAH! I totally couldn't understand SSA2204! WHAT KIND OF HISTORY ON NATION BUILDING IS THAT! Haha. Totally cheem to the max. Eng Tat crashed that lecture too. Was quite funny seeing a year four around!
I just bidded for my tutorials yesterday. D: My timetable looks packed! Ah.
Anyway, this week has been happening!
1)FORMAL DINNER + watched UP with our dates.
Haha. So school is really happening! Our dates picked us up at dudu's room and we ended up taking photos and talking and making a lot of noise outside dudu's room. Ended up sweating even though we just showered! Haha. :D Dinner at dinning hall was fun! :D Huimin and kelvin sat at my table! So we kept talking and kept clapping to show support to those making speeches. Cause we were sitting at the jcrc table so no choice. But it was fun! :D Everyone dressed so nicely that night. Then we took bus to Lido and watched up! :D It's nice!!!! I don't understand why people like eng tat or daryl or nina lee etcetc can end up sleeping while people like juliana cried like crazy!!! But it was really nice! 4k laughed damn loudly next to me. It was quite amusing! :) Then it was more photo taking time.
2)HALL BASH AT FORBIDDEN CITY
Hall bash was okay! I don't really like loud music. The paegent contestants were entertaining! Go a block! HAHA. Anyway we drank orange vodka. Wasn't too bad! :) Quite mild actually. :) Nina looked drunk la. Supper at macs after that. Fries, ice cream, seaweed fries, more icecream. HAHA. It was really nice. And Liu rui treated us to awesome icecream! From turkey I think! It had this very nice chewy feeling! :D
IBG's starting next week so this week we had trainings. I had netball, volleyball and handball. My right arm aches like crap now!
Got to print next week's lecture notes! :D

-first day of school
HELLO UNI LIFE! :)
MA1100 lecture is starting in an hour and 15mins time. I'm still rotting in hall while almost everyone has gone for lectures. I'm reallyyyy reallyyyyy excited for school! :D :D How can you not be when we have wasted eight months away, since end nov! School is definitely more fun than work! :D
Anyway, I really thank God for this excited spirit in me! :D I don't want to dread school and I want to start it off with a big bang! Duqian woke me up really early this morning and we managed to have breakfast! I think that's a great start! :) I'm really relieved that ndp's over as well, because IBG's going to make everyone so busy and tired and on top of that we've got school work. WE WILL SURVIVE no worries!!
Formal dinner and we'll be watching UP tonight! NO AWKWARD SILENCES please!!!!

-Still adapting
HEY HEY! :)
I'm blogging from hall now. FWOC was fun, definitely! And I went for science oweek for just a day, ponned the rest. Staying in hall away from parents means independence. I think I failed quite terribly at that. I fell sick since wednesday. Temperature kept rising till 39.7 on friday so I got sent back home, hence missing the highlight of fwoc- senior's performance, bbq and supper! OH MAN OH MAN! But I'm really thankful for great friends, nice neighbours and caring seniors around. They really took care of me really well. It gave me a lot of comfort knowing there's people around who are willing to help. It was a different experience. Yesterday morning we had flag day. The seniors woke us up at 4.30am and I woke up feeling really really unwell. And I almost black out. It was quite a scary feeling. Suddenly I could see stars, my vision narrowed, my ears got partially blocked and I broke into cold sweat. So i rested and only joined the group at around two plus. :) Feeling a lot better now. And yesterday was the last thing I did for my date. Let this game end. END.
I'm gonna continue bidding for my modules.
